We are looking into shipping and costs for the near future.
We drop off orders within 3 business days after you make your order. Most of the time, orders are delivered well within that time (same day!). If you do not receive your order within 3 business days please check in with us.
In Store: Unopened/undamaged items can be returned or exchanged within 1 week with a receipt.
If your purchase is defective and you were unaware of this at the time of purchase, talk to us about the issue; we’re pretty reasonable people.
Online Store: If the item being returned was a web order, let us know you’d like a return within a week of receiving the item. The cost of return shipping is paid by you, the customer, unless the problem with the order is our mistake.
Please let us know about the issue so we can solve it in a reasonable way.
Classes: There are no refunds on classes or deposits on classes. They can be date-transferred (to a future class) up to 10 days before the start of the original class. This policy is strictly enforced.

Credit Card numbers are not stored locally on our systems in any way and none of us have a photographic memory.
All customer information (by using the Customer Portal) is stored and processed by our Merchant and Commerce provider Helcim.
